By accessing or using HunterTuber ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
HunterTuber is a YouTube analytics platform that provides channel statistics, revenue estimations, growth tracking, and related insights. The data and analytics provided are estimates based on publicly available information and proprietary algorithms. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any estimates, including but not limited to revenue projections and subscriber counts.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. HunterTuber will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Subscription Terms:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service
- Share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple users to access a single account
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
- Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the data or analytics provided by the Service without prior written consent
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of HunterTuber and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including the YouTube API. Your use of the Service is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services linked from or integrated with the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. All analytics, estimates, and projections are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial or business decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HunterTuber and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where HunterTuber operates.
