About HunterTuber
We built HunterTuber because existing YouTube analytics tools were either too expensive, too limited, or lacked the search capabilities that creators and marketers actually need.

Our Methodology
Data Collection
We collect publicly available data from the YouTube Data API and process it through our own infrastructure. Channel statistics (subscribers, views, video counts) are pulled directly from YouTube. We update popular channels daily and the broader database weekly.
Revenue Estimation
Earnings are estimates, not real figures. We calculate them using CPM ranges based on the channel's country, category, and content type. We account for YouTube's 45% revenue share and apply a monetized-views ratio based on industry averages. Actual earnings depend on factors we can't see: ad types, sponsorships, membership revenue, and audience demographics.
Growth Tracking
We store daily snapshots of subscriber and view counts to calculate growth rates. For channels with fewer than 7 data points, we label the data as "estimated" to be transparent about its limitations. Growth percentages are calculated from real day-over-day deltas, not projections.
Search & Discovery
Our channel search engine indexes channel titles, descriptions, keywords, and video titles. You can filter by subscriber range, country, category, creation date, growth rate, and more. We also offer geo-localized video search across 42+ countries — a feature unique to HunterTuber.
What We're Transparent About
Earnings are estimates. We don't have access to any creator's actual AdSense data. Our numbers are approximations based on public data and industry CPM averages.
Not all channels update daily. We prioritize popular channels for daily updates. Smaller or inactive channels may update weekly or less frequently.
We're not affiliated with YouTube. HunterTuber is an independent third-party tool. We use YouTube's public API in compliance with their Terms of Service.
Database is growing. We currently track 3,805,756 channels. We continuously add new creators as they're discovered through search and recommendations.
